Stars N Celebs is building an artist identity and discovery marketplace connecting artists, creators, brands, institutions and entertainment professionals.

We are looking for an Outreach Specialist who can expand our network, identify relevant people and organisations, initiate conversations and create opportunities for Stars N Celebs and its artist community.

Key Responsibilities

- Research & Lead Generation
- Research celebrities, artists, creators, brands, agencies, corporates, educational institutions and other relevant organisations.
- Identify decision-makers and relevant contacts within target organisations.
- Build and maintain structured outreach databases.
- Identify potential collaborations, partnerships and business opportunities.
- Outreach & Relationship Building
- Initiate contact through email, LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, telephone and other appropriate channels.
- Introduce Stars N Celebs and communicate its value proposition clearly.
- Build professional relationships with artists, agencies, brands, institutions and industry professionals.
- Follow up consistently and maintain a record of conversations and responses.
- Prospect Development
- Explore opportunities for artists and creators listed on Stars N Celebs.
- Identify potential requirements for influencers, models, actors, performers, anchors and other talent.
- Facilitate introductions between relevant parties.
- Develop relationships that can generate recurring opportunities.
- Partnerships & Collaborations
- Explore mutually beneficial collaborations with agencies, colleges, corporates, event companies, media organisations and other complementary businesses.
- Support the development of strategic partnerships and outreach campaigns.
- Represent Stars N Celebs professionally during meetings, networking opportunities and industry interactions.
- Reporting & Follow-up
- Maintain daily/weekly outreach records.
- Track leads, conversations, meetings,



responses and opportunities.
- Follow up systematically rather than relying on one-time communication.
- Share insights from the market and outreach activity with the management team.

- Strong research and networking ability.
- Comfortable approaching people whom you have never interacted with before.
- Good understanding of social media and digital communication.
- Ability to identify the right person to approach within an organisation.
- Persistent, confident and comfortable with follow-ups.
- Professional email, WhatsApp and telephone communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets.
- Experience in sales, business development, PR, influencer marketing, talent management, media, events or partnerships would be an advantage.

The Role Requires

- Conversion of outreach into measurable business outcomes
