About the Role

Flynaut is looking for a high-performing Outbound Sales Manager with proven experience in Cybersecurity and Managed IT Services sales. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales expertise, a solid understanding of the IT services landscape, and a demonstrated ability to generate opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and consistently close deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive new business acquisition for Cybersecurity and Managed IT Services.
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate recent B2B opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, nurture, and close potential enterprise and business accounts.
- Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and other outbound channels.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, discovery calls, and solution discussions.
- Understand client requirements and work closely with technical teams to propose customized solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and drive opportunities through to closure.




- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.

Required Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Managed IT Services, IT Services, or related B2B technology sales.
- Proven experience in outbound sales and recent business development.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed IT solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue and sales targets.
- Strong lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to independently manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Experience working with US or international markets will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹11,830.60 - ₹39,208.38 per month
