This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bapatla for a Packing Material Store Manager. The position is responsible for overseeing packing material inventory, including receipt, storage, issuance, and reconciliation of all packaging items used in production. The role involves maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating with procurement and production teams, and ensuring timely availability of materials to meet daily production schedules.

The manager will monitor material handling practices, implement proper labeling and storage systems, and enforce safety and quality guidelines within the store area. Additional responsibilities include preparing regular inventory reports, supporting audits, identifying variances, and recommending process improvements to optimize material usage and reduce waste.

Qualifications

- Experience in store management or warehouse operations, preferably in food processing or manufacturing.
- Robust skills in inventory control, stock reconciliation, and record keeping using spreadsheets or ERP systems.




- Knowledge of packaging materials, material handling practices, and basic quality and safety standards.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage workflows, and prioritize tasks under time constraints.
- Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving stock discrepancies.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Excel, inventory software) and comfort with data entry and reporting.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to lead and guide store staff in a fair, respectful manner.
- Relevant diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, commerce, or a related field; prior experience in seafood or FMCG industry is must.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
