A reputed Ayurvedic Manufacturing Unit located at Bal Kalan, Amritsar is looking for an experienced Organic Procurement Executive to handle the sourcing and procurement of organic herbs and raw materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Procure and source organic herbs, botanicals, and raw materials
- Identify, develop, and coordinate with reliable suppliers and vendors
- Verify organic certificates and supplier documentation
- Maintain proper traceability records for organic raw materials
- Evaluate suppliers based on quality, documentation, pricing, and reliability
- Coordinate with vendors regarding availability, quality, samples, pricing, and delivery schedules
- Maintain procurement and organic compliance documentation
- Support supplier audits and documentation verification when required
- Ensure purchased materials meet the company's organic sourcing requirements

Required Knowledge & Skills




- Valuable understanding of NOP and NPOP Organic Standards
- Knowledge of organic certification and documentation
- Vendor development and supplier evaluation
- Raw material traceability
- Procurement and sourcing of herbs/raw materials
- Strong communication and vendor coordination skills
- Good documentation and record-maintenance skills

Qualification B.Pharm preferred

Experience

Relevant experience in organic herb/raw material procurement, sourcing, or supplier development is preferred.

Candidates with experience in the Ayurvedic, herbal, nutraceutical, organic food, or pharmaceutical industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
