We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support technology initiatives for our client, a global commodities trading company. The candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-stream projects while working closely with business, technology, and global stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have strong project management and Agile delivery experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and preferably a good understanding of Java applications, Oracle, integrations, and application release cycles.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects across multiple workstreams.
- Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
- Establish structured project governance and ensure adherence to agreed delivery methodologies.
- Work closely with business and technology stakeholders across global teams.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, governance forums, and stakeholder reviews.
- Proactively manage RAID items, dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations.
- Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog management, reviews, and release tracking.
- Use Jira for backlog, sprint, and delivery tracking and Confluence for documentation and knowledge management.




- Coordinate effectively between functional and technical teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Track application releases and coordinate dependencies across technology teams.
- Establish project dashboards, status reporting, KPIs, and management reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and delivery optimization.
- Ensure transparency, governance, documentation, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

- 1215 years of experience in Project/Program Management.
- Robust experience managing complex, multi-stream technology projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with global/distributed teams.
- Strong risk, issue, dependency, and escalation management experience.
- Experience with PMO processes, RAID logs, delivery dashboards, and reporting frameworks.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Java application stacks.
- Exposure to Oracle.
- Understanding of system/API integrations.
- Knowledge of SDLC and application release cycles.
- Ability to effectively bridge business/functional requirements and technical teams.
