Key Responsibilities

- Implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud ME Payroll solutions.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional configurations.

- Configure and maintain Payroll elements, balances, deductions, earnings, and statutory components.

- Work on payroll calculations, validation, payroll costing, and payroll reconciliation activities.

- Configure and support Fast Formulas related to Payroll, Absence, Perks, and Compensation.

- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data conversion activities.

- Conduct CRP, SIT, UAT, and parallel payroll testing cycles.

- Support payroll year-end activities and post-production enhancements.

- Prepare functional design documents, solution design documents, and training materials.





- Provide production support and resolve payroll-related issues within SLA timelines.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Functional consulting.

- Strong experience in Middle East Payroll implementations and support.

- Hands-on expertise in:

- Oracle ME Payroll

- Fast Formula

- Core HR

- Absence Management

- Payroll Processing

- HDL/HSDL

- Payroll Costing

- Payroll Reporting

- Knowledge of Middle East payroll legislation and statutory requirements.

- Experience in data migration, testing, and payroll reconciliation.

- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
