Detailed We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Security Engineer to join our teams in Gurugram and Bangalore. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security controls within Oracle HCM Cloud, ensuring that data roles, duty roles, job roles, and areas of responsibility are configured to enforce least-privilege access. The engineer will also manage user administration, leverage the HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader for secure bulk provisioning, and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions such as single sign-on and multi-factor authentication.

This position requires a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud security architecture and a proven track record of conducting security audits, vulnerability assessments, and remediation activities.

Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain security controls within Oracle HCM Cloud to protect sensitive HR data. Define and manage Data Roles, Duty Roles, and Job
- Roles to enforce least-privilege access. Configure Areas of Responsibility and User Administration settings to align with organizational policies.Utilize HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader for bulk user and role provisioning whileensuring security compliance.




- Implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, including single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and role-based access controls.
- Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and remediation activities for Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Compliance) to translate businessrequirements into secure technical solutions.
- Provide documentation, training, and support for security best practices across the organization.

Requirements

- 6 to 9 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud security or related HRIS security roles.
- Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud security architecture, including Security Controls, Data Roles, Duty Roles, Job Roles, Areas of Responsibility, and User Administration.
- Hands-on experience with HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader for secure data loading.
- Strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) for enterprise applications.
- Proven ability to design and implement security controls, conduct audits, and remediate findings.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a quick-paced environment.
