- Lead and support Redwood UI adoption across Core HR and Talent Management modules.

- Drive requirement gathering, fit–gap analysis, solution design, and module configuration.
N
- Configure and support Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, and Talent Management modules based on business requirements.
N
- Participate in functional testing, UAT support, and deployment activities, ensuring smooth implementation.
N
- Act as a subject matterexpert for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, guiding clients through design, configuration, and implementation phases.
N
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues across HCM modules.
N
- Collaborate with technical teams on reports, integrations, data conversions, workflows, security, and extensions.
N
- Validate technical components and support resolution of implementation issues.
N
- Support clients during all testing phases and post‐deployment stabilization.
N
- Develop end‐user documentation and training materials for Fusion HCM solutions.
N
- Conduct client demos and workshops,



tailoring sessions to showcase value and address client needs.

- Lead and contribute to RFP responses, working closely with sales and technical teams to deliver high‐quality proposals.

- Oversee and manage offshore deliverables, ensuring quality, timelines, and alignment with project goals.

- Lead discussions and demos with onshore teams and clients, ensuring alignment and clarity.

- Ensure high client satisfaction through effective collaboration across global teams.

- Solid functionalexpertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, particularly Global HR and Talent Management.

- Hands‐on experience with Redwood UI.

- Experience in workflows, security configurations, and OTBI reporting.

- Proven experience working on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations in global, multi‐cultural environments.

- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Familiarity with Agile / Iterative delivery methodologies.

- Bachelor's degree required;

MBA (HRMS) preferred.

- Immediate joiners up tothe Senior Associate level are preferred.
