We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant to provide technical support and development across Oracle Fusion SaaS and PaaS Cloud applications remotely for our client in Dubai .

nThis role requires strong technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud, with approximately 70% focus on technical development and 30% focus on functional support , particularly across Finance and Procurement modules.

n

nThis is a contract role in the organization and sits in the Technical Centre of Excellence department.

n

nKey Responsibilities:

n

n
- Provide full-cycle technical and functional support across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
n
- Work primarily across Oracle Fusion Financials, with exposure to Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay processes, along with Procurement modules.
n
- Support Oracle Fusion Procurement functions, including Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal and Self-Service Procurement.
n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system designs.
n
- Develop and maintain technical components, including BI Reports, interfaces and integrations.
n
- Build reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View and Financial Reporting Studio.
n
- Develop and support integrations using OIC, Oracle APIs, File-Based Data Import, ADFDI, APEX and VBCS.
n
- Use PL/SQL for developing technical components and interfaces.
n
- Work hands-on with Oracle Process Cloud / Oracle Process Automation (PCS/OPA).
n
- Guide the integration and development of packaged and in-house applications.
n
- Review and assess technical changes associated with Oracle Fusion Cloud releases.
n
- Maintain user stories and related documentation in Jira and ServiceNow.
n
- Manage and escalate Oracle Service Requests when required.
n
- Produce and maintain documentation for solution design,



training and application administration.

nKnowledge, skills & experience:

n

n
- 5–10 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud, including at least two full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud.
n
- Robust techno-functional experience, with approximately 70% technical and 30% functional exposure.
n
- Experience in Oracle Fusion Financials, particularly Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay processes, as well as Procurement.
n
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion SCM would be advantageous.
n
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
n
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Process Cloud / Oracle Process Automation (PCS/OPA).
n
- Strong experience in developing BI Reports, integrations and interface components using PL/SQL, OIC, APEX and VBCS.
n
- Good understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP table structures across Financials, Procurement and SCM.
n
- Experience with Oracle reporting tools, including OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View and Financial Reporting Studio.
n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
n
- Experience maintaining technical and functional documentation.
n
