nWe are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with expertise in at least one core Oracle HCM Cloud module : Compensation, Benefits, or Payroll . The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and enhancements.

nKey Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
n
- Configure and implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions based on business needs.
n
- Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions.
n
- Prepare functional design documents and configuration workbooks.
n
- Support data migration, integrations, testing, and user training activities.
n




- Collaborate with technical teams for reports, interfaces, and extensions.
n
- Perform SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
n
- Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.
n
- Stay updated with Oracle HCM Cloud quarterly releases and new features.
n

nMandatory Skills

n

n
- Minimum 4+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud Functional experience.
n
- Expertise in at least one of the following modules :
n
- Oracle Compensation Cloud
n
- Oracle Benefits Cloud
n
- Oracle Payroll Cloud
n
- Robust understanding of HCM business processes.
n
- Experience in configuration, implementation, and support projects.
n
- Knowledge of HCM data structures, security, and reporting.
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
