Job Title: Oracle Fusion Financials

Key Responsibilities

- Drive process redesign and Oracle Fusion ERP configuration for Finance and Tax functions.
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including:

- General Ledger (GL)

- Accounts Payable (AP)

- Fixed Assets (FA)
- E-Business Tax (EB-Tax)
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Tax, and regional teams to streamline and automate business processes.
- Analyze and map local GAAP and Tax requirements to Oracle Fusion ERP enhancements.
- Gather business requirements and prepare functional and technical specifications.
- Design and develop financial and tax reporting solutions using OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP).
- Support Oracle PaaS extensions and integrations using middleware platforms such as Mulesoft.
- Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Effectively communicate project updates and solution recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion ERP Finance Functional Consultant.




- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials.

- Expertise in

- Oracle GL

- Oracle AP

- Oracle Fixed Assets
- Oracle E-Business Tax (EB-Tax)
- Strong understanding of Country Localizations, Local GAAP, and Tax requirements.
- Exposure to OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP).
- Exposure to Oracle PaaS and integration technologies.
- Experience working with integration middleware such as Mulesoft.
- Strong ability to gather and document business requirements.
- Experience preparing functional specifications and working with technical development teams.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working on large-scale, global Oracle Fusion ERP implementations.
- Knowledge of Finance and Tax transformation initiatives.
- Experience with multi-country or multi-legal entity ERP environments.
- Oracle Fusion Financials certification is an advantage.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
