Oracle E Business Payroll

Experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll

Migration from Oracle E-Business Payroll to Oracle Fusion Payroll.

Payroll Functional Expertise

- Payroll Setup & Configuration
- Defining payrolls, elements, input values, balances, and fast formulas.
- Payroll Process Execution
- Managing payroll run, pre-payment, costing, retro-pay, quick pay, and reconciliation.
- Understanding of statutory rules.
- Core HR and Payroll Integration

Designing or validating Payroll Quick Formulas for:
- Earnings and deductions
- Eligibility rules
- Absence calculations
- Build and test formulas.

Payroll Operations & Support
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll cycles, including:
- Retroactive processing, Payroll costing, Element entry management
