BGV will be conducted post selection.

- At least 5 years of in-depth experience (Techno-functional) in Oracle-Retail applications (RMS, ReSA, ReIM, RPM, RIB, ALLOCATION etc) .
- At least 3 years of AMS experience of (RMS, ReSA, ReIM, RPM, RIB, ALLOCATION etc)
- Technical knowledge – Unix script , PLSQL ProC, Oracle Forms / ADF.
- Hands on experience of resolving L2 and L3 tickets , independently
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
- Knowledge of Batches , critical path , batch scheduler is required.
- Monitor batch processes, interfaces, and data flows to ensure smooth business operations.
- Support release deployments, smoke testing, and post-production validation.
- Identify process automation and operational efficiency opportunities.
- Drive reduction in recurring incidents through preventive actions.
- Adaptable in working in shift.
- Experince of Jira stories , Git-hub and DevOps
