Job Summary

MedPlus is looking for dedicated and customer-focused Optometrists to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will perform comprehensive eye examinations, provide accurate vision correction solutions, recommend suitable eyewear, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations using modern optometric equipment.
- Diagnose refractive errors and prescribe corrective lenses.
- Recommend suitable spectacles, contact lenses, and lens options based on customer requirements.
- Interpret prescriptions and provide professional optical guidance.
- Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses.
- Ensure accurate fitting and dispensing of spectacles.
- Maintain patient records and examination reports.
- Educate customers on eye care, lens maintenance, and vision health.




- Coordinate with store staff to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets.
- Follow company SOPs and maintain hygiene and quality standards.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of optometry practices and vision care.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a skilled attitude.
- Ability to work in a retail environment.
- Team player with problem-solving skills.

Eligibility

- B.Optom or Diploma in Optometry.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Registered Optometrists will be preferred.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
