Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of SAP S/4 HANA and Salesforce systems

- Oversee system configurations, upgrades, patches, and enhancements

- Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with internal/external technical teams

- Provide end-user support and training on ERP and CRM systems

- Manage user access, roles, and security controls

- Ensure compliance with IT governance and cybersecurity standards

- Maintain documentation of workflows, procedures, and known issues

- Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers

- Support ERPCRM integration processes

- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA (MM, SD, FI modules preferred)

- Experience in Salesforce Administration / CRM systems





- Solid understanding of ERP and CRM integration

- Experience in application support / IT operations

- Knowledge of user access management and security practices

- Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) and ITIL processes

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)

- Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and IT governance

- Experience in vendor management and stakeholder coordination

- Solid problem-solving and communication skills
