VINSAK is looking to hire an Inkjet Operator for Gurgaon location.

Position Summary

.

The DOD Inkjet Operator is responsible for setting up, calibrating, operating, and maintaining industrial Drop-on-Demand (DOD) inkjet systems integrated across slitter rewinder. The role focuses on executing high-speed Variable Data Printing (VDP)—including serialized barcodes, 2D Data Matrix, energetic QR codes—while ensuring 100% inline vision inspection compliance and zero database discrepancy.

Key Responsibilities

.

- Set up, configure, and operate VINSAK DOD inkjet systems for production.
- Prepare VDP files by importing and mapping variable data, configuring layouts,



and checking data accuracy to avoid duplicate, missing, or misaligned codes.
- Monitor and manage inks/fluids, UV LED curing units, and carry out routine printhead cleaning and maintenance.
- Maintain required cleanroom and print room standards during production.
- Set up and calibrate inline vision camera systems, monitor error logs, and manage automated reject systems for defective or unreadable codes.
- Inspect finished rolls or sheets for barcode quality, contrast, edge sharpness, and scuff resistance.

Qualifications:

.

Diploma in Printing Technology, Mechanical, Electrical, or Packaging Technology; ITI or relevant vocational qualification will also be considered.

.

Experience:

.

2+ years of hands-on operating experience with industrial inkjet systems (piezoelectric DOD or TIJ), digital presses, or flexo web lines.

.

Competencies:

.

- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of piezo drop-on-demand mechanics, printhead arrays.
- Software Competence: Proficiency in VDP layout tools, database management tools.

.

Location:

The Inkjet Operator will work from Gurgaon.
