With strong early traction and a recently closed pre-seed round, we're expanding our instructor network and hiring across Bangalore to power our next phase of growth.

️Role Overview

At Lane, this role puts you in charge of building our instructor partner network from the ground up: finding partners, vetting them, getting them live, and keeping the whole fleet active and 100% compliant. There's no playbook waiting for you; you'll be building the acquisition engine as you go. Key Responsibilities

? Supply Acquisition & Activation

- Identify, onboard, and convert instructor supply across target zones while maintaining zero tolerance for non-compliant partners.
- Go beyond traditional sourcing tactics to continuously identify and scale new supply channels.
- Own weekly and monthly active fleet capacity targets.

⚡ Onboarding SLA & Fleet Execution

- Streamline partner verification pipelines to accelerate activation without compromising regulatory standards.
- Manage the complete onboarding journey — from first interaction to documentation, assessment, training, and activation.




- Ensure every instructor is fully ready and operational before going live to minimize time-to-first-trip.

? 100% Fleet Legal & Operational Compliance

- Take end-to-end ownership of tracking, obtaining, and auditing all required legal documentation, licenses, insurance, DL, RC, and PUC for 100% of the active fleet.
- Track compliance expiration timelines across the entire fleet to proactively prevent any operational downtime or non-compliant active supply.
- Conduct field audits, resolve partner compliance friction, and eliminate compliance gaps rapidly.

⚙️ Fleet Operations & Bottleneck Resolution

- Be the primary point of contact for instructors during onboarding and early operations to ensure high partner retention.
- Track daily active fleet capacity, partner retention, and scheduling compliance to maximize supply utilization.
- Partner with central ops and tech teams to identify localized operational frictions, solve supply-side bottlenecks, and maintain 100% fleet uptime.

Who We’re Looking For

- Have 1–4 years of experience in operations, supply acquisition, logistics, fleet management, or field ops.
- Be comfortable reading operational dashboards (activation rates, active supply hours, churn metrics) and driving target-focused field execution.
- Possess strong communication and convincing skills to engage proactive supply on the ground.
- Be extremely detail-oriented with document verification, legal tracking, and regulatory compliance.
- Be a problem solver who can build current supply pipelines instead of waiting for inbound leads.
- Take end-to-end ownership from "I identified the supply" to "the partner is live, active, and 100% compliant."
