: Operations manager job profile involves handling multiple client sites.

- Visit sites periodically to improve and sustain the agreed service level
- Understand the KPIs of specific sites to ensure 100% scoring
- Mobilise manpower through executives / various sources for current and upcoming sites.
- Liaise with HR & Accounts to submit attendance on time for payroll & invoice processing. 5) Ensure the purchase executive delivers service-related materials on time.
- Develop business in IT, commercial, or residential sectors
- Conduct periodical meetings with the back office team for smooth operations
- Conduct periodic training to ensure services are delivered up to customer satisfaction.
- Attend & schedule periodic meetings with the clients for feedback and to resolve any issues.
- Set standard operating procedures and protocols for the operations team. Monitor their performance daily.




- Respond to emails promptly and ensure the issues are resolved quickly.

12) Submit weekly MIS reports covering site visits, improvements made, and business development.
