Job Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee day-to-day operational activities across assigned facilities/sites.
- Ensure smooth delivery of facility management services in line with client requirements and company standards.
- Lead, manage, and motivate site-level teams, supervisors, and operational staff.
- Monitor manpower deployment, attendance, productivity, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Handle client coordination and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor service quality, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Manage vendor and contractor coordination wherever required.
- Track operational KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and provide regular updates to management.




- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution of client and site-related issues.
- Support budgeting, cost control, resource planning, and overall operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in Operations / Facility Management.
- Mandatory experience in IFM (Integrated Facility Management) industry.
- Strong experience in handling multiple sites, teams, manpower, and client operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Positive understanding of facility management processes, SOPs, compliance, and service delivery.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Candidates must be locally based in Jaipur.
