Key Responsibilities
- Own partner scheduling across all hubs: weekly shift planning, daily roster, leave management, backup deployment.
- Drive utilization to 70–80% fill rate across every hub.
- Build capacity planning models: forecast demand by hub, day, time slot, service category.
- Monitor real-time partner status: check-in, on-job tracking, checkout.
- Manage cross-hub partner movement during demand spikes or shortages.
- Track partner performance metrics: jobs completed, on-time arrival, ratings, attendance.
- Build escalation protocols for no-shows, late check-ins, mid-shift drops.
