Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our service delivery teams. You will oversee Account Managers (Amazon/Flipkart), optimize internal workflows, and ensure all client accounts achieve maximum sales growth and performance. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence and client satisfaction across our seller account portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 10+ executives to ensure high-quality account management.

Process Excellence: Standardize SOPs for onboarding, listing, and account health to improve efficiency.

Performance Oversight: Monitor client KPIs (Sales, ROAS, Account Health) and ensure project deadlines are met.

Quality Control: Conduct regular QC audits on account management processes, listings, and reports to maintain accuracy and consistency across the team.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted point of contact for ongoing account performance discussions.

Escalation Handling: Act as the senior point of contact for high-priority client issues and strategic planning.

Resource Planning: Allocate workload across the team based on account complexity and volume, ensuring balanced capacity.

Reporting:



Prepare and present periodic performance reports and dashboards to senior management.

Training & Development: Identify skill gaps within the team and coordinate training to improve execution quality.

Strategy: Work with senior management to scale agency operations and improve client retention.

Requirements

Experience: 6+ years in operations, ideally within an e-commerce or digital agency.

Skills: Strong leadership, project management, and advanced MS Excel skills.

Knowledge: Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub is a plus.

Relationship Management: Prior experience in client/vendor relationship management, with a track record of maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Quality Control: Experience conducting QC checks on account management processes, listings, and deliverables.

Communication: Professional verbal and written English communication skills.

Problem-Solving: Ability to handle multiple escalations simultaneously and make sound decisions under pressure.

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
