HIRING | OPERATIONS MANAGER – DEVOPS / AZURE & ENGINEERING OPERATIONS

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead Cloud and Engineering Operations and manage 24/7 production support for a large-scale SaaS platform.

JOB DETAILS

Location: Bangalore / Gujarat

Experience: 14–16 Years

Role: Operations Manager – DevOps / Azure & Engineering Operations

MUST HAVE

14–16 years of experience in Cloud / IT Operations

Strong experience managing 24/7 production support and operations teams

Strong people management and team leadership experience

Strong Azure experience including AKS, App Services, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, RBAC and Networking

Solid DevOps and CI/CD experience including Azure DevOps, Pipelines, YAML, Git and Release Management

Experience managing ETL pipelines, data ingestion and production data workflows





Experience managing FTP/SFTP and Data Feeds

Strong Monitoring and Observability experience

Experience in Incident, Problem, Change Management and RCA

Experience managing SLA, escalation and on-call processes

Scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Python or Bash

Experience managing SaaS or Product-based platforms

GOOD TO HAVE

Fintech, Wealth Management or Financial Services experience

Azure Cost Optimization or FinOps experience

Experience with Savings Plans and Reserved Instances

Microsoft Fabric, Cosmos DB or Azure SQL

Prometheus, Grafana or Dynatrace

OpenTelemetry experience

Jira Service Management or similar ITSM tools
