Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Head to oversee the complete operations of our Adventure Park and Rafting activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining high standards of guest experience, staff discipline, safety, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the overall daily operations of the Adventure Park and Rafting activities.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety rules, operating procedures, and emergency protocols.
- Supervise adventure activities such as rafting, zipline, rope courses, trekking, camping, and other park attractions.
- Plan and monitor daily manpower requirements, staff deployment, shifts, and attendance.
- Lead and supervise Rafting Guides, Adventure Instructors, Lifeguards, Rescue Teams, and Operations Staff.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of equipment, rides, rafting gear, ropes, helmets, life jackets, and other safety equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, inspected, and fit for use.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repair and preventive maintenance.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all activities.
- Ensure proper briefing and safety instructions are given to guests before every adventure activity.
- Handle emergency situations, accidents, rescue operations, and evacuation procedures efficiently.
- Maintain proper records of incidents, equipment inspections, maintenance, and daily operations.
- Coordinate with HR, Security, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Maintenance departments for smooth functioning.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve operational complaints promptly.




- Control operational costs and ensure optimum utilization of manpower and resources.
- Conduct regular staff training, safety drills, and emergency response exercises.
- Ensure compliance with applicable government rules, local regulations, and safety standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
- Take responsibility for opening and closing procedures of the park and activity areas.
- Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a strong safety culture among the operations team.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Diploma in Management, Hospitality, Adventure Tourism, Sports, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Adventure Parks, Water Parks, Rafting, Outdoor Recreation, Hospitality, Tourism, or similar operations.
- Experience in managing a large operations team will be an advantage.
- Candidates with Defence/Ex-Serviceman background and relevant operational or safety experience may also apply.
- Knowledge of rafting operations, rescue procedures, first aid, and adventure activity safety is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and crisis-management skills.
