Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Head – O&M; with solid experience in Steel Plant and Coke Oven Maintenance to lead plant operations, maintenance and equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day Operations & Maintenance activities.
- Manage Coke Oven maintenance and ensure equipment reliability.
- Plan and monitor preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure plant equipment availability and smooth operations.
- Coordinate shutdown, major maintenance, erection and commissioning activities.
- Lead O&M; teams and coordinate with Production, Safety and other departments.




- Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance procedures.

Requirements

- 8–12 years of relevant O&M; experience.
- Mandatory Steel Plant experience.
- Mandatory experience in Coke Oven Maintenance.
- B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- Strong leadership, team management and maintenance skills.
