Key Responsibilities

- Inventory &
- Stock Control

: Monitor high-value precious metal and gemstone stock, coordinate inward/outward movement, and perform regular reconciliations.

- Production &

- Workflow Management

: Track order execution from design and casting to quality control (QC) and final dispatch.

- Process &

- SOP Implementation

: Design, document, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to reduce waste and close operational gaps.

- Vendor &

- Karigar Coordination

: Manage relationships with raw material suppliers and artisan craftsmen to maintain quality and meet deadlines.

- Reporting &

- Analytics

: Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports using ERP/POS systems and Excel to track KPIs and operational performance

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
