ewellery Operations Manager oversees the daily backend, manufacturing, or retail activities of a jewellery business to maximize efficiency, control inventory, and ensure on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Inventory & Stock Control: Monitor high-value precious metal and gemstone stock, coordinate inward/outward movement, and perform regular reconciliations.
- Production & Workflow Management: Track order execution from design and casting to quality control (QC) and final dispatch.
- Process & SOP Implementation: Design, document, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to reduce waste and close operational gaps.
- Vendor & Karigar Coordination: Manage relationships with raw material suppliers and artisan craftsmen to maintain quality and meet deadlines.
- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports using ERP/POS systems and Excel to track KPIs and operational performance

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
