ABOUT HIREZ

HireZ is a trust-first rental marketplace launching in Bengaluru. We connect verified hosts with renters across five categories: residential properties, PG and co-living, commercial spaces and offices, event venues, and electronics and creator equipment.

Our launch cluster is JP Nagar, HSR Layout, and BTM Layout. We are pre-launch, small, and moving rapid.

THE ROLE

You own the entire ground operation. Supply is our existential priority — getting quality listings live and keeping hosts active is the single thing this role is measured on.

This is a field-first role. You will be on the ground most of the week, not behind a desk. You report directly to the Founder & CEO.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Host acquisition — Personally meet property owners across the launch cluster. Build and run the acquisition pipeline. Convert cold outreach into live listings.

Team leadership — Hire, onboard, and manage a team of Operations Associates. Assign territory, set daily visit targets, ride along in their first week, and hold them to numbers.

Listing pipeline — Own the tracker end to end: every potential host, their status, last contact, next action. Coordinate photographer shoots and ensure listings go live to spec.

Host retention — Define the listing quality standard. Monitor host health. Intervene before a host goes inactive.





Reporting — A daily EOD report to the CEO covering visits done, listings added, blockers, and tomorrow's plan. A Monday standup with the team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

— 3+ years in operations, field sales, or partner onboarding. Hyperlocal, rental, real estate, or marketplace experience strongly preferred

— Proven people management. You've actually managed a team, not just coordinated one

— Based in Bengaluru, able to be in the launch cluster daily

— Kannada proficiency is a strong advantage; both is ideal

— Comfortable with an unstructured environment. No playbook, no HR, no process document

— Can start within 30 days

COMPENSATION

Base: Up to ₹50,000 per month, based on experience

Performance-linked: Quarterly upside tied to listings live, host retention, and associate productivity. Specific targets agreed in writing at the time of joining.

Probation: 3 months, measured against defined operational targets
