Key Responsibilities

Scheduling & Coordination

- Manage daily class scheduling between learners & instructors
- Handle rescheduling requests smoothly
- Ensure optimal slot allocation with minimal conflicts
- Act as the bridge between customers and instructors

Customer Interaction (Scheduling-Focused)

- Assist learners in booking and planning their classes
- Resolve scheduling-related queries (timings, availability, changes)




- Ensure a smooth and hassle-free learning experience

Operations Execution

- Track daily schedules and completion rates
- Identify gaps in scheduling and suggest improvements
- Maintain accurate records using internal tools / sheets

Required Candidate

- Robust communication skills (clear & polite)
