Tapify designs and manufactures customized NFC and QR products for businesses across India. We are looking for a reliable team member to support our packing, quality checking and dispatch operations.

Responsibilities

- Perform quality inspection before dispatch.
- Pack customer orders carefully.
- Print invoices and shipping labels.
- Prepare shipments using the company's logistics software.
- Coordinate daily courier pickups.
- Verify order details before dispatch.
- Maintain dispatch records.
- Keep the packing area organized.
- Assist with stock management when required.
- Support warehouse and dispatch operations as assigned.

Requirements

- Graduate preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Attention to detail.
- Responsible and punctual.
- Comfortable performing packing and dispatch work daily.
- Able to work from our Karnal office.
