Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive with a strong foundation in the Indian financial services sector. In this role, you will anchor the core operations desk, streamline onboarding pipelines, and ensure rigid compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between client experience and solid backend process controls, enabling high productivity and seamless service delivery across our client and agent networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Workflow Execution & Desk Control

- Manage and execute the day-to-day activities of the operations desk to ensure maximum productivity, zero backlog, and adherence to strict turnaround times (TAT).
- Coordinate and align with teammates on evolving compliance rules, corporate banking procedures, and operational software tools.
- Resolve execution bottlenecks arising across internal desks, external field agents, and client accounts.

Onboarding & Transaction Operations

- Oversee end-to-end account opening pipelines, including physical/digital documentation processing, e-KYC validation, and discrepancy resolution.
- Streamline transaction management execution across multiple financial product lines, including Mutual Funds, Stock Markets, Insurance platforms, and Banking products.
- Supervise critical reconciliations, including fund flows, ledger balances, and corporate statements, to safeguard account accuracy.





Compliance & Process Automation

- Enforce rigid compliance controls in strict alignment with SEBI, AMFI, IRDAI, and industry best practices.
- Leverage advanced MS Office frameworks (Excel macros, advanced formulas) to build automated reports, trackers, and internal audit flows.
- Design and execute MIS reporting schedules to provide upper management with actionable data on operational health, transaction trends, and risk factors.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or a strictly related quantitative field.
- Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in core backend operations, preferably within a stockbroking firm, mutual fund distribution house, wealth management boutique, or insurance provider.
- Mandatory Certifications: Valid NISM certifications (e.g., Series V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors or relevant wealth/securities operations modules).
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in advanced MS Excel, database operations, and modern financial transaction portals.

- Product Domain Knowledge: Strong theoretical and operational understanding of Indian financial ecosystems (equities, debt instruments, composite insurance rules, and banking transaction systems).
- Communication Matrix: Excellent verbal and written capabilities to handle delicate client communications and interface professionally with external regulatory partners.
- Stress Tolerance: Ability to manage high-volume transaction windows, multi-task effectively, and make accurate decisions under tight regulatory deadlines.
