Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operations Executive role based in Mumbai.

The Operations

Executive will coordinate and manage day-to-day operational activities related to customer experience measurement projects, including planning, scheduling, and tracking project deliverables. The role involves liaising with internal teams and external partners, ensuring quality standards, timely execution, and accurate documentation of project workflows.

Executive will analyze operational data, support process improvements,



and contribute to resource allocation and performance reporting. This position also includes handling operational queries, maintaining efficient communication channels, and supporting the development of best practices across the operations function.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee project workflows, resources, and daily service delivery.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support process improvements and decision-making.
- Candidates should possess basic proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project management software) and attention to detail in documentation.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, along with the ability to work in a rapid-paced, client-focused environment.
- Candidates should possess a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset; prior experience in customer experience, market research, or operations in a service-driven organization is an advantage.
