Role & responsibilities
- Manage and process customer orders, including marketplace orders across all sales channels
- Coordinate with Production and Operations teams to ensure timely order processing and dispatch
- Track order status, resolve dispatch/delivery issues, and reconcile order defects, cancellations & discrepancies
- Maintain and reconcile FG (Finished Goods) and RTD stock entries in the system
- Maintain LSP tracking and coordinate with courier/logistics partners for pickups, deliveries, delays, and exceptions
- Prepare packing lists, shipper sheets, stickers, and other dispatch-related documents
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as required
