Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Operations Director to oversee and manage the company's overall operational activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, improving business processes, managing senior teams, monitoring performance, and ensuring that business objectives are achieved effectively

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning across departments.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead, manage, and mentor department heads and senior operational teams.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and operational targets.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Monitor departmental performance and ensure timely achievement of business goals.
- Develop workforce and resource planning strategies based on business requirements.
- Ensure effective coordination between other departments.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and review operational reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Support performance management, team development, and succession planning.




- Manage operational risks and ensure appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Work closely with senior management to develop and execute business plans.
- Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Requirements
- 15–20 years of relevant experience in Operations Management, Business Operations, or a similar senior leadership position.
- Proven experience managing multiple teams or departments.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in setting and monitoring KPIs and operational metrics.
- Strong understanding of process improvement and business operations.
- Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional management skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced and dynamic business environment.
- Strong organizational and strategic planning skills.
- Experience in the IT, telecommunications, managed services, customer support, or similar industry will be an advantage.

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
