Role & responsibilities

- Prepare quotations, price estimates, invoices, and maintain accurate sales records.

- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, track stock movement, and coordinate reorders.

- Understand smart home products and solutions and provide live product demonstrations to customers visiting the Experience Center.

- Plan, prepare, and publish social media advertisements and promotional content.

- Generate new leads through outbound calls and introduce Haven Twin's products and services.

- Attend customer enquiry calls, understand requirements, suggest suitable products, and handle basic customer queries.

- Follow up with customers for feedback and Google reviews to strengthen the company's online reputation.

Preferred candidate profile

- Female candidates preferred





- Must be currently residing in Kanyakumari District and able to commute daily to our office in Vettumani, Marthandam

- Positive communication and customer-handling skills

- Comfortable handling customer calls, follow-ups, and Experience Center demonstrations

- Basic knowledge of quotations, invoicing, inventory, and MS Office/Google Workspace

- Interest in learning smart home automation products and understanding their technical features

- Comfortable with sales follow-ups and lead generation

- Good organizational and multitasking skills

- Tamil, English, and Malayalam communication skills required

- Hindi is an added advantage

- Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to learn can apply
