Location: Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to manage our corporate laundry operations and ensure smooth execution from order pickup to delivery and billing.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing corporate client orders, coordinating pickups and deliveries, overseeing processing and packing, ensuring timely billing, and managing a team of 10–15 people.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end operations for corporate laundry clients
- Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with corporate clients
- Ensure all garments/orders are properly received, processed, packed and ready for delivery
- Monitor order status and ensure timely completion and dispatch
- Oversee billing, invoicing and payment coordination
- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries and pending items
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and minimal delays
- Manage and supervise a team of 10–15 employees
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance
- Ensure quality, accuracy and adherence to company SOPs




- Handle client queries and resolve operational issues quickly
- Identify operational gaps and implement improvements
- Ensure the workplace and daily operations remain organised and efficient

Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, preferably in laundry, hospitality, logistics, facility management or a similar industry
- Strong team management and coordination skills
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Good knowledge of billing and basic computer operations
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders simultaneously
- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Experience handling corporate clients will be an advantage
