We are looking for a young and technically curious Electrical Engineering graduate to join our O&M; team. This role is designed for someone who wants to move beyond classroom concepts and gain practical exposure to electrical systems, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and project sites .

What You’ll Be Working On -

You will work closely with our technical team and get exposure to:

- ⚙️ Electrical Operations & Maintenance
- ? Preventive and corrective maintenance
- ? Electrical testing, inspection and troubleshooting
- ?️ Project/site visits and technical support
- ? Maintenance checklists, reports and documentation
- ⚡ Understanding electrical equipment and site-level operations
- ? Electrical and site safety practices
- ? Coordination with engineers, technicians and internal teams





What We’re Looking For - You should be someone who:

- Has completed B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- Has a basic understanding of electrical systems and equipment
- Is interested in field work, troubleshooting and practical learning
- Is willing to visit project/site locations when required
- Has a problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
- Can communicate and coordinate effectively with team members
- Is ready to take responsibility and grow with the team
