Position : Operational E-commerce Executive (Full time) Key Responsibilities : Manage daily order processing and scheduling. Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders. Update inventory across marketplaces regularly. Create and manage product listings. Optimize listings for better visibility and conversions. File return, refund, and claim requests on marketplaces. Coordinate with courier and warehouse operations. Monitor stock levels and prevent inventory mismatches. Maintain accurate order and inventory records. Ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.
Job Nature: 50% Physical Work: Order handling, packing, inventory management, warehouse coordination. 50% Technical Work: Listings, optimization, return claim filing, inventory updates, marketplace operations on Amazon Flipkart Meesho etc..
