Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage patient care in Operation Theater (OT), ensuring smooth execution of surgical procedures.
- Supervise OT staff, including nurses, technicians, and anesthetists to ensure efficient workflow.
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical professionals to plan and execute complex surgeries.
- Monitor patient vital signs during surgery and provide critical care as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of patient data, medications administered, and treatment outcomes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-20 years of experience in Critical Care/Operation Theatre/Surgical/Gnm/Nursing field.
- B.Sc Nursing degree or equivalent qualification; DNB preferred but not mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of gnm nursing principles and practices; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
