We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our property.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Front Office &
- Housekeeping operations
- Supervise staff and daily activities
- Handle guest queries and operational issues
- Manage OTA platforms – Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb &
- MakeMyTrip
- Maintain basic Excel/Google Sheets trackers
- Coordinate directly with the property owner
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hotel/resort/villa/service apartment experience
- 1+ year staff supervision experience
- Experience handling both Front Office &
- Housekeeping
- Positive Tamil &
- English communication
- Must be able to commute to or relocate to Kottakuppam
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
