Role Description The Operation Executive – Sales, Marketing, Export Import in Logistics is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position involves coordinating daily logistics operations, including shipment planning, documentation, and tracking for domestic and international movements. The role includes supporting sales and marketing activities by preparing quotations, assisting in client presentations, and maintaining customer relationships for export-import services.

The Operation

Executive will liaise with carriers, customs agents, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance,



timely deliveries, and accurate records. The role also requires monitoring performance metrics, resolving operational issues, and providing regular updates to management and clients.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle end-to-end logistics processes and coordination.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data, optimize routes, and improve service performance.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or export-import operations is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of shipping documentation, Incoterms, customs procedures, and international trade regulations is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics or ERP software, with the ability to maintain accurate operational records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a customer-centric approach.
