Key Responsibilities

- Handle customers professionally and provide good customer service.
- Attend walk-in, telephone and online customer enquiries.
- Explain products/services and assist customers with their requirements.
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, referrals and field activities where required.
- Achieve assigned sales, service or daily work targets.
- Maintain customer and work-related records.
- Handle billing, orders, payments and basic documentation wherever applicable.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline and proper presentation of the workplace.




- Coordinate with team members, supervisors and management.
- Follow company policies, processes and safety guidelines.
- For delivery roles, safely deliver products/documents to customers and maintain delivery records.
- For restaurant/cafe roles, assist with customer service, order taking, serving, table management and basic cleanliness.
- For sales roles, conduct product demonstrations, customer follow-ups, lead generation and conversion.
- For retail/shop roles, assist customers, maintain stock, arrange products and support billing.
- For medical-store roles, assist with customer handling, product arrangement, billing and store operations as per applicable requirements.
- For warehouse roles, handle picking, packing, loading/unloading, inventory and dispatch activities.
- Perform other responsibilities according to the specific job profiles

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
- Qualification: 10th / 12th / Diploma / Graduate, depending on the role.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Hindi communication preferred; basic English is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Honest, responsible and punctual.




- Comfortable working in a team.
- Sales candidates should be target-oriented and confident in customer interaction.
- Delivery candidates should have a valid driving licence and suitable vehicle where required.
- Candidates should be comfortable with smartphones, WhatsApp and basic digital applications.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, restaurant, cafe, delivery, medical store, warehouse, customer service or similar work is an advantage but not mandatory for all positions.

Multiple locations across Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, depending on the available position and employer requirement.
