Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills and job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer closure.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Ability to understand basic IT technologies and technical roles.
- Good negotiation and coordination skills.
