Job Title: Retail & Online Sales Executive Company: DesiVidesi Industry: Women’s Fashion and Apparel Location: Vidyavihar, Mumbai Job Type: Full-time Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Working Days: 6 days a week with one rotational weekly off Experience Required: Minimum 2 year in retail, fashion, e-commerce or customer-facing sales DesiVidesi is looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage both online and in-store sales. The candidate should have relevant sales experience, robust communication skills and the ability to follow up with customers and convert enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities - Attend walk-in customers and drive sales at the Vidyavihar store - Handle sales enquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram and phone calls - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable outfits, styles and sizes - Follow up on interested customers, pending enquiries and abandoned carts - Make COD order-confirmation calls and help reduce cancellations - Share product details, prices, availability and delivery information with customers - Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers - Work towards individual online and offline sales targets - Maintain daily online and offline sales reports in Excel or Google Sheets - Update the MIS with customer enquiries, follow-ups, conversions,



COD confirmations and cancellations - Share accurate daily and weekly sales reports with the reporting manager - Coordinate with the team regarding stock availability and customer orders - Ensure a warm, professional and helpful customer experience - Support the store during weekends, festive periods and high-footfall days Candidate Requirements - Minimum 2 year of relevant sales experience - Retail fashion or women’s apparel experience is preferred - Experience handling online customer enquiries will be an advantage - Good communication, follow-up and customer-convincing skills - Comfortable communicating in Hindi and English - Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is mandatory - Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Instagram - Shopify knowledge would be preferred - Presentable, responsible, proactive and target-oriented - Comfortable working on weekends with a rotational weekly off - Candidates residing near Vidyavihar, Ghatkopar, Kurla, Chembur or nearby areas will be preferred About DesiVidesi DesiVidesi is a premium, size-inclusive Indo-Western women’s fashion brand offering designer outfits from M to 5XL, with a presence in India and Dubai.
