Serggo is a quick-commerce electronics platform that connects customers with verified electronic product sellers and enables fast delivery of electronics and accessories.

We are looking for a proactive and communication-focused Onboarding Executive to connect with electronic product vendors, introduce them to Serggo, and successfully onboard them onto the Serggo Seller App.

Job Summary

As an Onboarding Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and contacting electronic product vendors, explaining Serggo's platform and business model, convincing vendors to join the platform, and assisting them throughout the onboarding process.

You will also collect vendor product information, stock availability, pricing, product images, and other required details to ensure their products are ready to be listed and sold on Serggo.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesVendor Acquisition & Communication

- Identify and contact electronic product vendors through calls and other communication channels.
- Introduce Serggo and clearly explain our platform, services, and business model.
- Explain the benefits and business opportunities of becoming a Serggo seller.
- Build a good relationship with vendors and encourage them to join the platform.
- Handle vendor questions and communicate relevant information clearly.

Vendor Registration & Onboarding
- Convince interested vendors to register on the Serggo Seller App.
- Guide vendors step-by-step through the registration process.
- Assist vendors in completing their KYC verification.
- Ensure all required KYC documents and information are submitted correctly.
- Follow up with vendors until the registration and KYC process is successfully completed.

Product & Pricing Collection
- Collect the vendor's complete product list.




- Collect accurate product names, brand names, models/SKUs, specifications, and categories.
- Collect available stock quantities from vendors.
- Collect selling prices and other relevant pricing information.
- Coordinate with vendors to obtain clear product images.
- Collect any additional information required for product listing.
- Verify that product, stock, and pricing information is accurate and up to date.

Follow-Up & Vendor Management
- Regularly follow up with vendors until all onboarding requirements are completed.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor registration, KYC status, product details, pricing, and onboarding progress.
- Follow up with existing vendors for stock and price updates when required.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors for long-term business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve vendor onboarding, product listing, pricing, and verification issues.

Main Goal Connect → Explain Serggo → Convince → Register → Complete KYC → Collect Product List → Collect Prices → Complete Product Details → Successfully Onboard Vendor

Your primary objective is to bring recent electronic vendors onto the Serggo Seller App, complete their onboarding requirements, collect accurate product and pricing information, and ensure their products are ready to be listed and sold on Serggo.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and electronic product vendors.
- Good follow-up skills and ability to maintain vendor relationships.




- Basic knowledge of computers, smartphones, and applications.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and mobile applications.
- Ability to collect and maintain accurate product and pricing information.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Experience in sales, business development, vendor onboarding, field sales, telecalling, or marketplace operations will be an added advantage.
