Role OverviewWe are looking for detail-oriented Onboarding & KYB Executives to support merchant application intake and the pre-underwriting process for U.S.-based lending operations.

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that incoming merchant applications are entered accurately into Salesforce, required documentation is complete, business information is reviewed for consistency, and qualified submissions are moved efficiently to the underwriting team.

This is a high-volume operational role where speed, accuracy, attention to detail, and consistency are equally important.

Key Responsibilities

- Process incoming merchant funding applications and enter application data accurately into Salesforce.
- Review merchant applications for completeness before moving them into the underwriting workflow.
- Perform basic Know Your Business (KYB) checks on merchant submissions.




- Verify merchant and business information across applications and supporting documents.
- Identify missing, incomplete, inconsistent, or potentially incorrect information.
- Ensure required documents are available before the submission proceeds.
- Perform initial pre-underwriting scrubbing of merchant applications.
- Identify discrepancies between application information and supporting documents.
- Flag recurring financing payments or other items that may require underwriting review.
- Maintain accurate application status, notes, and documentation in Salesforce.
- Move complete submissions into the underwriting queue without unnecessary delays.
- Escalate unusual, incomplete, or conflicting applications to senior operations or underwriting staff.
- Maintain confidentiality of merchant financial, business, and identification information.

- Comfortable using Salesforce, CRM platforms, Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.

Eligibility & ExperienceFreshers are welcome to apply. For direct consideration for the full-time Junior Executive / Executive role, fresher candidates should ideally have completed a relevant internship or have practical exposure in areas such as:

- Finance
- Fintech
- Banking operations
- KYB / KYC
- Data processing
- CRM operations
- Back-office operations




- Lending or underwriting support

Freshers without prior internship or practical work experience may still apply; however, such candidates may initially be considered for an internship opportunity based on their profile and assessment performance. Candidates with relevant prior work experience may be considered directly for the appropriate full-time level.

Location PreferenceThis is an on-site position in Lucknow.

Preference will be given to candidates who are currently based in Lucknow or nearby areas and are able to work from the office on the required night-shift schedule.

Candidates relocating from other cities may apply, but local candidates will be preferred for these openings.

Training will be provided on the company's Merchant Cash Advance workflow, Salesforce process, and internal underwriting requirements. Success in This RolePerformance will primarily be measured through:
- Application processing volume
- Data-entry accuracy
- Documentation completeness
- Error rate
- Turnaround time
- Quality of escalation
- Ability to identify inconsistencies before underwriting
