? We're Hiring: Onboarding Administrator

Are you organised, proactive, and experienced in candidate onboarding, HR operations, recruitment coordination, or staffing ?

We’re looking for an Onboarding Administrator to manage high-volume onboarding activities, coordinate documentation, and ensure candidates complete all required steps smoothly and on time.

? What You’ll Do

- Manage end-to-end candidate onboarding activities
- Collect, review, and maintain onboarding documents
- Track candidate progress and follow up on pending requirements
- Maintain accurate onboarding trackers, records, and databases
- Coordinate with Recruitment, HR, Operations, and other stakeholders
- Ensure forms and onboarding requirements are completed within deadlines
- Handle candidate queries and provide timely updates
- Support hospitality, cruise, staffing, and international workforce onboarding
- Assist with global mobility documentation where required
- Prepare onboarding status reports and highlight pending activities
- Manage multiple candidates and deadlines in a fast-paced workplace
- Handle candidate information with complete confidentiality





? What We’re Looking For ✔️ 2+ years of experience in onboarding, HR operations, recruitment coordination, staffing, or a similar role

✔️ Experience handling high-volume candidate/employee onboarding

✔️ Strong MS Excel, Word & Outlook skills

✔️ Excellent organisation and attention to detail

✔️ Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

✔️ Ability to manage multiple priorities and strict deadlines

✔️ Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

✔️ Professional approach to confidential information
