Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced RA OHRA Developer with strong expertise in building analytics and operational reports using Oracle Hospitality Reporting and Analytics OHRA The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing developing and optimizing hospitality reports and dashboards using data from multiple hospitality systems such as Opera PMS Simphony POS and other operational data sources Knowledge of Opera PMS is preferred though not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain reports dashboards and analytics solutions using OHRA Oracle Hospitality Reporting Analytics.

- Build operational financial and business intelligence reports for hospitality customers.

- Work with multiple source systems including: Opera PMS, Simphony POS, and other hospitality operational systems and data sources.

- Understand reporting requirements from business and operational stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.

- Develop complex SQL queries, data models and reporting logic to support analytics requirements.

- Validate and ensure accuracy, consistency and performance of reports.

- Troubleshoot reporting issues and support enhancements and optimizations.

- Collaborate with PMS POS infrastructure and business teams during implementations and ongoing support.





- Participate in report migrations upgrades and analytics modernization initiatives.

- Support ad hoc reporting and data analysis requests.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Hospitality Reporting Analytics OHRA.

- Solid expertise in developing analytics reports and dashboards.

- Strong SQL and database querying skills.

- Experience working with hospitality data models and operational reporting.

- Experience integrating and consuming data from multiple systems and sources.

- Good understanding of reporting performance optimization and troubleshooting.

- Ability to independently understand business reporting requirements and deliver solutions.

Preferred Nice to Have Skills

- Knowledge or experience with Opera PMS.

- Experience with Simphony POS data and reporting.

- Understanding of hospitality operations and workflows.

- Exposure to BIreporting tools and hospitality analytics ecosystems.

- Experience working in customer-facing or managed services environments.
