Role: Odoo Developer Development & Support

We are looking for an Odoo Developer with 23 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development, customization, implementation, and application support. The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge of Odoo, good functional understanding of Odoo business processes, and experience working on real-time implementation and support projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on business requirements.
- Customize existing Odoo modules, workflows, views, reports, and business logic.
- Analyze functional requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions.
- Develop models, fields, views, menus, actions, security rules, workflows, and other Odoo customizations.
- Troubleshoot technical and functional issues, handle bug fixes, enhancements, and production support.
- Perform code deployments and module upgrades across development, staging, and production environments.
- Follow Git-based version control and code management practices.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business users during implementation, testing, and support activities.

Odoo Module Experience Hands-on experience with Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory,



Accounting, Helpdesk, Field Service, Planning, Project, Timesheets, HR, etc.

The candidate should have a good functional understanding of the above Odoo modules and their standard business flows, along with an understanding of how different modules integrate and interact with each other.

Technical Skills

- Good hands-on knowledge of Python, Odoo ORM, Custom Odoo Module Development, XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, QWeb, PostgreSQL, and Git/Version Control.
- Experience in Odoo QWeb report development and customization, including modifying existing reports, developing custom PDF reports, adding or modifying report fields, report templates/layouts, and XML/QWeb inheritance.

Odoo Environment & Deployment Experience The candidate should have experience working with both Odoo.sh and Odoo On-Premise environments, including development, staging, and production environments, Git-based code push/pull, custom module deployment, module upgrades, checking logs, troubleshooting deployment/build issues, Odoo configuration, custom addon paths, PostgreSQL connectivity, Odoo service management, and basic Linux/Ubuntu commands.
