We are looking for a skilled and motivated Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Odoo ERP, business process analysis, client communication, and ERP implementation.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, configuring Odoo modules, coordinating with development teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering

- Understand and analyze client business processes and requirements.
- Conduct client meetings and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and process workflows.
- Identify gaps between standard Odoo features and client requirements.

2. Odoo Implementation & Configuration

- Configure Odoo modules based on business requirements.
- Work with modules such as:
- Sales
- Purchase
- Inventory
- Accounting
- CRM
- Manufacturing
- HR & Payroll
- Set up workflows, access rights, automated actions, and business rules.
- Support end-to-end ERP implementation.

3. Client Communication & Project Coordination

- Act as the primary point of contact for functional requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, developers, and project managers.
- Explain Odoo features and provide functional solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and user training.
- Manage client feedback and requirement changes.

4. Testing & Quality Assurance

- Prepare test cases and perform functional testing.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identify and document bugs and functional issues.
- Verify that developed features meet business requirements.




- Support deployment and post-implementation activities.

5. Documentation & Support

- Prepare functional specifications and user manuals.
- Maintain project documentation.
- Provide ongoing functional support to clients.
- Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and recommend solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or ERP Consultant.
- Strong understanding of Odoo business workflows.
- Experience in Odoo implementation and configuration.
- Knowledge of business processes in Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Accounting.
- Good understanding of ERP integrations and customizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with development teams.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Odoo versions 16, 17, 18, or 19.
- Knowledge of Odoo technical concepts and custom module development.
- Basic understanding of Python, XML, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with API integrations and third-party systems.
- Experience in UAE VAT and accounting workflows.
- Familiarity with project management and ERP implementation methodologies.
