Role Description The OCI Architect is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for designing and implementing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure solutions that support complex banking technology environments. Day-to-day tasks include defining cloud architecture, creating high-level and detailed design documents, and overseeing the deployment and integration of OCI services with existing systems.



The role involves collaborating with software development and operations teams, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and compliance of cloud solutions.

The OCI Architect will also provide technical leadership, guide project teams, participate in design reviews, and support troubleshooting and optimization activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Building and managing the OCI landing zone

· Managing networking, IAM, and security guardrails

· Provisioning infrastructure through Terraform

· Operating Kubernetes (OKE) platforms

· Providing shared platform services (logging, monitoring, secrets management)

· Ensuring high availability, disaster recovery, and cloud governance

· Supporting CI/CD integration with OCI services (Github)

· Monitoring platform reliability, performance, and cost

· Automation using Terraform - IaC - exposure to Shell scripting, Python etc
